Lambda Beta Alpha was founded November 10, 2017, by ten women who were seeking a way to further tighten their bond as Sisters-at-Arms. As they formed this Sisterhood, they quickly realized that there should be a bond with some Brothers-At-Arms. January 13, 2018, Lambda Beta Alpha Military Sorority became constitutionally bound to Mu Beta Phi Military Fraternity. Together, the Imperial Dynasty Family serves and brings forth issues that plague the Veteran community.
The mission of Lambda Beta Alpha is to promote and foster a sisterhood among women from all branches of the United States Armed Forces regardless of service status, active duty, national guard, reserve, veteran or retired. To study and help alleviate problems concerning female service members during and after their time in the military; to maintain a global presence through community service and philanthropic efforts; to serve as a resource of information for young girls and women considering a military career; and as well as transitioning out of the military.
